Nandi Hetenyi, MA
I have ten years of experience as a coach, as well as teaching and practicing yoga and meditation. I have worked with many women who have been stuck or down on themselves, empowering them to transform their relationship with themselves and create the kind of life they truly desire.

I am passionate about my clients leading thriving and juicy lives. Each and every one of us is deserving of a life that inspires us to wake up each day, to enjoy what we do each day, to feel satisfied and happy with ourselves, to experience more satisfying relationships, to experience less pain and more bliss in our bodies, and to feel more joyful about life!

I have an MA in Education and an MA in Clinical Psychology.  I have given lectures locally and internationally on self-esteem and Buddhism. I have training in transformational coaching, as well as grief and loss coaching. I am a certified Yoga and Meditation Instructor through the Yogic Medicine Institute, specializing in Ayurvedic Yoga, Tantric Hatha Yoga and spinal based yoga practices.

Currently, I combine aspects of Vajrayana Buddhist meditation practices, Tantric Hatha Yoga, transformational coaching and Buddhist and Western psychology. I am passionate about supporting clients through a combination of Eastern and Western approaches that have also had a tremendously positive impact on my own life and continue to serve as my own refuge for growth, transformation and inspiration.

The Lotus Flower

The lotus has been a symbol of transformation in Eastern cultures for thousands of years.  It's roots grow deep into still pools of water and take up the muck and dredge that's been collecting at the bottom of the pool. This muck is transformed into food for the colorful, beautiful flower that floats on the surface.  This flower represents for us the possibility of transforming our inner critics, life challenges and obstacles into opportunities to grow and create the kinds of lives we truly desire.
