Stress, anxiety, frustration and self-criticism are all major factors in what keeps us held back in our lives. These factors also contribute to repeating patterns over and over again, declining health, diminished sense of life satisfaction and difficulties in relationships.  These factors also make it more difficult to feel good about ourselves and to feel empowered to create life rather than simply allowing life to happen to us.

Our inner critic and self-sabotaging behaviors often keep us from enjoying our desires, goals and dreams.  When we don't like ourselves or feel we don't deserve anything, no amount of busy work will yield the results we desire or end up feeling satisfying in the end. Coaching is NOT Psychotherapy

Coaching is helpful for moving forward with current life challenges such feeling stuck, developing and/or maintaining a healthy lifestyle, learning life skills, stress and time management and attaining both short and long term life goals. 

If you have experienced severe trauma, severe abuse or are currently experiencing difficulties associated with chronic substance abuse, mental illness or ongoing trauma and abuse,  psychotherapy will be more appropriate for you.  Please see some referrals in my links page.
