Tantric Hatha Yoga

Tantric Hatha Yoga, or "Bliss Yoga" as some love to call it, is a gentle, therapeutic and restorative spinal-based yoga practice.  It gently opens the spine from the base, the tailbone, to the neck and skull. This is a practice of deep release and opening, giving attention to the root causes of most back, neck, shoulder and tension pain. Each posture is gentle and supports a natural unraveling of physical and emotional tension, allowing for the experience of greater bliss, deeper meditation and more natural joy in one's life. 

The body IS our teacher and can reveal the nature of who we really are. There are countless health benefits associated with yoga practice including decreased blood pressure, decreased physical pain and tension, decreased stress and anxiety, elevated mood, increased confidence and overall improved energy.
